With hands shoulder-width apart, start in DFD position. Lift one leg forward at a time in a steady rhythm. Do not pass 90 degrees at hips or knees while keeping active shin parallel to the ground. Avoid twisting at the hips and torso. Bend elbows 35 degrees from straight during execution. Keep fingers relaxed and fingertips off of the ground.
