Arms are shoulder-width apart. Aim for having the wrist, shoulder, and hip on same line. Feet are hip width apart. Aim for having the ankle, knee, and hip on same line. Set distance so hips are high and centered between hands and feet. While keeping fingers straight and relaxed, gently raise them off of the mat leaving only palms on the ground.
