To prepare best stance, start 1.5 hip width apart with kickstand foot’s toes on line with main foot’s heel. Turn kickstand toes around and up, to make leg straight but not locking at the knee. Sit back towards designated side and maintain lunge posture on main leg, shoulders, knee and ankle on same plane. Reach forward with both arms, keeping torso at 45 degrees to the hip and maintain stillness.
