While keeping shoulders, knees, and ankles on same plane, with a stance hip width apart, raise and lower body with pendulum style movement only by pressing up on to the toes. Maintain a straight and neutral path of motion, disallowing ankle role and lower leg variations. Basic set points are Skier Position Hold and Calf Raise.
