With hands shoulder-width apart, start in DFD position. Lift one leg forward at a time in a steady rhythm. Do not pass 90 degrees at hips or knees while keeping active shin parallel to the ground. Avoid twisting at the hips and torso. Without a specific pattern or timing, alternately raise and lower each hand 1 inch off of the ground.
