With hands shoulder-width apart, start in DFD position. Lift one leg forward at a time in a steady rhythm. Do not pass 90 degrees at hips or knees while keeping active shin parallel to the ground. Avoid twisting at the hips and torso. Exchange the legs as quickly as you can without allowing the execution to deviate.
