Position hands one and a half shoulder width apart. Keep feet hip width apart and raise hips towards ceiling. Lower body directly downward by bending at the elbows, never letting shoulders drop below elbows. With pendulum motion, bend back to the top never locking at the elbows. Then, while holding body still, bend your knees together 90 degrees, and then return the legs to straight.
